Each menu Adam creates is bespoke to the event it’s made for. Adam will work with you to devise a menu for you event, bringig you food you won’t forget.

Snacks
Cured salmon with seasame, ponzu and spring onion.
Adam Fried Chicken, with a chipotle ketchup
Bread
Homemade sourdough made from my mature starter (6 years) accompanied by salted butter.
Parkerhouse style bread finished with coarse salt.
Staters
Cured sea trout with avocado, lime mayonaise, raddish and dill.
Burrata, with Isle of Wight tomatoes, black olive and basil.
Smoked saltbaked carrot with ricotta and caraway.
Roast butternut squash Raviolo with a light sherry vinegar cream.
Torched Cornish mackerel with raddish, dashi jelly, seaweed and coastal herbs
Mains
Lock Duart salmon with roasted broccoli and hazelnuts.
Roast corn fed chicken (breast and piard of leg) with roast onions.
Desserts
Tomlinson’s Yorkshire forced rhubarb floating islands (Modern take on île flottante)
