Each menu Adam creates is bespoke to the event it’s made for. Adam will work with you to devise a menu for you event, bringig you food you won’t forget.

Burrata Burrata, with Isle of Wight tomatoes, black olive and basil.

Smoked Carrot Smoked saltbaked carrot with ricotta and caraway.

Raviolo Roast butternut squash Raviolo with a light sherry vinegar cream.

Mackrel Torched Cornish mackerel with raddish, dashi jelly, seaweed and coastal herbs


Mains

Salmon Lock Duart salmon with roasted broccoli and hazelnuts.

Chicken Roast corn fed chicken (breast and piard of leg) with roast onions.
